Take a Walk Through Morocco’s Blue City, Chefchouen

Morocco’s famous blue city is the place to go specifically for the purpose of making your instagram aesthetic cool and beautiful. This city, if you are an avid user of Pinterest and Instagram, no doubt must have appeared on your feed multiple times. Chefchouen being one of the prettiest towns of Morocco, founded in 1471, is also known as the Blue Pearl Of Morocco for the same reason.

There are numerous theories behind the city being blue. One of these theories is that it was painted blue in order to keep the mosquitos away. Another theory is that it simply represents the colour of the sea whereas some people say that the town was painted blue after Hitler fled by the jews that settled in that area.

Climb The Table Mountain Of Cape Town

Is trekking one of those things that you find exciting? Well, it is time for you to put on your best pair of hiking boots and embark on this journey to climb all the way to the top of this mountain using the multiple routes available. It is recommended that you download a map’s app which can guide you along the route even if you don’t have a guide with you. The best part about this is that once you start coming down again, there is a cable car ride which you can avail instead of walking all the way back.

Visit The Great Temple of Abu Simbel in Egypt

In ancient Nubia, this temple was built by Ramesses II in order to showcase his power and authority. Here you will be able to see 4 huge statues of him right outside the temple, each 65 feet high, with one of the statues having a missing head that probably fell during an earthquake. The most fascinating part about this temple is that these statues were relocated very carefully in order to avoid these getting further ruined to cater to the Lake Nasser flooding.

Witness The World’s Largest Seal Colony in Namibia

Namibia has a Cape cross seal colony with a population of over 210000 seals making it the world’s largest seal colony. You can have a super wholesome day witnessing hoards of seals interacting with one another, playing, fighting, sleeping, having food, etc. Although one very important thing that you need to keep in mind is that seals have an awful smell, so make sure you bring something with you which can help you bear the stink.
